This is a draft working tool for internal noon-report capture and testing. It is not a certified monitoring-plan system and produces no submission-ready EU MRV / IMO DCS output.
Verifier → THETIS/GISIS submission remains a manual, human-only chain. All human-source data (Monitoring Plan ID, BDN densities, lat/long) must be confirmed by responsible officers. Empty fields are stored as null — never auto-filled.
One-time registration, stored on this device only (localStorage). One registration = one voyage — a new voyage requires re-registration (saved reports are kept). Your email is the To: address of every noon-report mail draft; support@tellisim.com is cc'd. Locked calc constants (CFG) are not editable here.
These vessel particulars drive every dashboard calculation (AER, CII bands, slip, ETS exposure, ROB alerts). Edits are saved locally on this device and apply instantly to ALL saved reports — e.g. a DWT change immediately shifts AER/CII, a pitch change re-runs slip for all 30 sea reports. ⚠ This changes calculation inputs, not the locked formulas.
